Gayo : medium smooth body,
sweet & spicy artinya kekentalan yg pas dengan tipe rasa “Exotic taste ”

Lintong : full-bodied, soft acidity,
hints of fresh herbs & spices , yakni berkarakter kental dengan keasaman yg
lembut dan Rasa yg terkesan mirip sayuran.
Mandheling : deep
full body, earthy with bittersweet chocolate, yakni karakter kopi dengan
